Sim Oasis Secret Santa

Hey guys! With the spirit of valentines day weeks away we've decided to start up a "Who's your valentine" gift exchange. It will be very similar to Secret Santa where after signing up you're assigned a "valentine" to make a present for and vise versa. The fun part about it is that you don't know who's your valentine until presents are exchanged which starts Feb. 15th!!!

Everyone participating is expected to create something they've made with either Sims 2 or Sims 3.
This means anything from sims, houses, clothing, objects, or perhaps maybe a set of graphics featuring some of your person's favorite sims can be exchanged. The basic idea is that it has to have something to do with the Sims games.

So how do you sign up?
First off you have to make sure your committed to doing this so people aren't left in the dust come sharing time.
Next, you have to have a minimum of 20 posts to participate (hopefully this will eliminate the above).
Lastly, fill out the below information!!

Sign ups must include the below information:

1. Which Sims game(s) do you own/still play?

2. Expansion packs & stuff packs.

3. Do you have anything special you'd like?  (Type of CC)

4. What can you provide as a valentines gift? (Type of CC)

 in mind we will be accepting participates until February 5th and you'll be given your valentines shortly after.
So make sure you sign up ASAP. Also your encouraged to share pictures of your pretty presents!!

So I have this right... We say that we like houses, sims, or a living room set. and then we put in what we can make such as sims, houses, living room sets.

Yup, exactly right. You can be as vague or as specific  if you want. From, I have no preference to My favorite band is Hot Boys so anything to do with them would be awesome!

3. Do you have anything special you'd like? (Type of CC) I like it all. I'm in need of some nice small city lots that are yard friendly and very decorated, Community lots that are small and somewhat realistic, and male sims (maxis or SBB) But anything is fine by me.

4. What can you provide as a valentines gift? (Type of CC) I can do lots but I really like to do homes and duplexes. I do sims of all ages and can even do families if someone wants.


Thought I'd throw in a bit else, I like pretty boys, vampires, and fairies. I'm a down home country girl one day and a high maintenance woman the next and my lots and sims reflex that A LOT. I'm a clutter junkie and love to take pics of everything I do.

2. Expansion packs & stuff packs. All except M&G, Kitchen Bath, and Teen SP.

3. Do you have anything special you'd like? Not in particular. Clothing recolors, Lots, Sims, etc. All are fine with me.

4. What can you provide as a valentines gift? Ermmm...mostly clothing recolors, eyes, lipstick, etc. Anything that has nothing to do with building and decorating.

One more question. Once we have our gift receiver can we talk to them about what they want or don't want? Say I get Net and I want to make her a house but I need to know if she wants furnished with lots of clutter or just outside.

Nah. . .It has to be a surprise so it can be really special!! lol
I say just go with your gut on the information provided or you can always just do a furnished and an unfurnished version. If they didn't include it in the info I don't think it matters.

Own all, but I only play The Sims 2.

All Expansions installed, not using any stuff packs.

Small unfurnished functional residential lots and Post-Apocalyptic clothing.

Likes: Sci Fiction, Fantasy & Gothic: Hair (Pookbow!), Clothing, Full Face Makeup, Fantasy Skintones. Bodyshapes I use: AG, FC, Rio, Ren, LBB, SBB, BBB, & Runner.
Dislikes: Realistic Skintones (photoskinned), Eyes (don't want any).

4. What can you provide as a valentines gift?
Sims, Hair Retextures, Clothing Recolors and anything else I can think of(or feel like making lol).

2. Expansion packs & stuff packs. All Sims 2 ones, none from Sims 3.

3. Do you have anything special you'd like?  (Type of CC) I'm not picky at aaall! Houses are very welcome, but preferably without cc, I try to not download custom furniture.

4. What can you provide as a valentines gift? (Type of CC) I can try a house or shop of some kind, but my building skills aren't fabulous or anything. Besides that I can do sims (families).

Do you have anything special you'd like?  (Type of CC) Oh gosh..I would love practically anything...I especially love hair...and even more so, I would love guys hair that is not crazy or feminine.  Sexy, but not revealing, buisness clothing for women. A custom made wedding dress for Kimi Suen.  Okay, I know I got specific, but I really would love anything!
